SCRIPTURE


Everybody knows that Jesus came with a wonderful message of LOVE. He came from his Father who IS love and the message Jesus brought has reverberated around the world ever since.

During times of crisis, like the bombing in New York and Washington, people turn to Jesus and ask Him to share his love and kindness to everyone. People know that He will listen and deal with their special requests according to His judgement.

St. John's Gospel is often referred to as the Gospel of love. For the fun of it why not open your bible and read some of John. Let me give you some references you might enjoy, but remember to get full value you must read the whole chapter. Reference:

John 3:17

SAINT PAUL is attributed with having written several books of letters. In fact he was prolific in his writings. The interesting thing about his letters is that he could quite easily have been writing to the people of your home town. Today his letters are read and re-read many times in churches, and wherever CHRISTIAN people gather in prayer or discussion.

Can you list the TITLES of his letters? EG. To the Hebrews...

GOD!
Is Good, Kind, and MERCIFUL?

Jesus was sent to SAVE?
Jesus died that you and I might be saved and live with Him into eternity?
Created the Universe?
Does that mean, if there are other planets, He created them too?


There are some great biblical stories.
You should read one or two of them - you'll enjoy them.
